Soya Sauce: East Asians frequently use soy sauce, a classic Chinese condiment, to flavor a range of cooked foods and to help with digestion. Aspergillus, roasted grain, brine, and fermented soybean paste are the main ingredients in the sauce.

Spring Roll Sheets: They are thin pastry sheets that can be used to wrap lumpia, which are fried Filipino spring rolls. They are produced with wheat flour, water, oil, and salt.

A filled, rolled appetizer or dim sum known as a spring roll can be found in East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine. Depending on the local culture, there are significant regional variations in the name, the type of wrapper, the fillings, and the method of frying. The history of spring rolls begins in China. Originally prepared for Chinese New Year feasts, spring rolls were stacked to resemble gold bars. Rolls got their name because the lunar calendar considers the New Year to be the start of spring.
